Join me  for a magical 50 hours Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Exmouth.

An immersive journey for yoga teachers and dedicated students with a thirst to dive deeper into knowing themselves, the elements we are in continuous relationship with and the way we take life and our experiences inward.

Yin Yoga is a glorious practice and a beautiful gateway into presence, stillness and self care.

I have been teaching meridian based yoga for over 4 years and will share my  knowledge and understanding of how yoga postures can stimulate the energy pathways in the body to enhance the quality of our physical and  emotional well-being.
