As women, we move through seasons — moments of expansion and retreat, creation and rest. Yet, so often, we forget to listen to our own rhythm. The Feminine Frequency is a journey back to your natural flow — a remembrance that your softness, intuition, and cyclical nature are sources of strength, not things to fix.
This 4-part Yin Yoga series invites you to slow down and tune in — to find power not in the push, but in presence. Each 60-minute class is paired with guided journaling reflections to help you release what no longer serves, reconnect with your inner current.
Softness is the language of the feminine. It’s how we recharge, realign, and rise. When you stop living in fight mode and start moving in sync with your body’s wisdom, you shift into your true frequency — one of ease, radiance, and intuitive power.

Hi,
I'm Celine

I am an international yoga teacher and strong advocate for holistic well-being and empowerment, with a deep passion for sharing all what yoga is on a deep level and mentoring women on their journey to self-discovery and personal growth.
I believe that the path to a fulfilling life begins with nurturing both the body and the mind. As a dedicated yoga practitioner, I have experienced the transformative power of this ancient practice firsthand.
Through yoga, I have found a profound sense of balance, mindfulness, and inner peace that I am eager to share with others.
My teachings are a fusion of embodied vinyasa flow and shaivism philosophy. i love to share the art of slowing down and rest with yin yoga and meditation. I am teaching on 200hrs/ 300hrs Teacher Trainings in Bali and also created my own Trainings over the past 3 years.
The student is always my absolute priority in my classes. Important for me is to transmit body awarenss, mindful movememt and how to connect with the breath.
It is NOT about flexibility and doing difficult poses.
My background as a fitness trainer and nurse allows me to integrate the various biodynamic aspects of the body into my teaching and to combine the functionality of the body with spirituality.
