About the Event
Join Celine & Ben for a 50 hours Yin Yoga Teacher Training.
An immersive journey for yoga teachers and dedicated students with a thirst to dive deeper into knowing themselves, the elements we are in continuous relationship with and the way we take life and our experiences inward. Yin Yoga is a glorious practice and a beautiful gateway into presence, stillness and self care.
Celine has been teaching meridian based yoga for over 4 years and Ben is a passionated Yin practitioner and teacher as well and in this training, they will share their knowledge and understanding of how yoga postures can stimulate the energy pathways in the body to enhance the quality of our physical and emotional well-being.
